Shipping and returns


All orders are processed within 2 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays.

The purchased products will be delivered directly to your home. PioBags aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping is now free worldwide for a limited time and it is provided by DHL.

EU: Shipping throughout European Union countries are sent by DHL delivery, directly to your home. Your order will be delivered in 2-6 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) from the email confirmation of your order. The shipping fee is 10.

Non-EU and WORLDWIDE: International deliveries and non-EU countries are sent by air mail. These deliveries should arrive directly to your home in 4-9 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) from the email confirmation of your order. The shipping fee is 10.

Your order will be sent in a special packaging to secure the products. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send an email with specific tracking information of your package(s). All responsibility regarding any damage to the product or the package lies with the shipping company.

PLEASE NOTE that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs are customer’s responsibility. Delivery period varies depending on your location and can be longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures, or other unexpected causes.



We honor return requests made within 14 days after receiving the original purchase, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

PioBags accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use, for refund. Please note that customized, personalized and exchanged products cannot be returned.

Returns must be packaged in the PioBags box, which must be securely sealed. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.

The refund will be processed towards the same payment method used for the original purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. PioBags reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

PIOBAGS reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
